Therapy

Educational Therapy

Educational Therapists help children with learning differences bridge the gap between their current levels of academic functioning and grade expectations. Therapists use a variety of multi-sensory strategies and tools to help reinforce concepts that these children struggle to conceptualize and apply in school.

Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy supports children by:

  • developing skills to participate in activities at home, school and community.
  • accessing tools to participate in activities such as using the computer for writing, ergonomic seating or adapted utensils for self-feeding.
  • coaching families and key adults in the child’s life in strategies to support needs such as homework, self-care or emotional regulation.
