Ashleigh Lua
Ashleigh is a fully registered occupational therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. She has 15 years of working experience with individuals ranging from 3 years old to 21 years old in restructured hospitals, private special education and community settings.
Ashleigh engages in a sensory-motor and strengths-based approach to empower her clients for important occupational roles, building on skills such as attention, self-regulation, anger management, gross and fine motor skills development, including handwriting skills. She has a strong interest in working with children and believes that empathy and connection are the foundation for driving progress in therapy.

Siti Mariam Daud
Mariam is a passionate educator with a strong background in teaching adults and young learners. She has a special focus on supporting students with special educational needs, particularly dyslexia. After earning her Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), she began her career teaching young learners in primary schools. In 2013,
Mariam joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) as an educational therapist, where she provided literacy and Math intervention and trained new therapists. After obtaining her Master of Arts in Special Educational Needs, she continued to train and support parents and educators at DAS Academy.

Hannah Wong
Hannah obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, and subsequently trained with the National Institute of Education Singapore to obtain her Diploma in Special Education (DISE) . To broaden her knowledge and understanding in supporting children under her care, Hannah is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Special Education Needs/Additional Learning Needs (MA SEN/ALN) with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (partnered with University of South Wales, UK).
Having worked with children with a variety of additional needs aged 7 – 12 in three primary schools for five years, Hannah is familiar with the local education system. She was also given the opportunity to train as an instructor under the Psychological Services Branch (MOE) to deliver the School-based Dyslexia Remediation Programme, and had then provided therapy to children with dyslexia in schools. Apart from actively devising intervention plans for the children, she worked closely with parents, teachers and external supporting agencies in providing the multi-tiered support.
Hannah has a flair in connecting with children. She places a strong emphasis on developing a child’s emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as in building a safe and positive environment for them to share and learn. She also believes in exploring a child’s personal strengths and interests to fuel the growth in his/her areas of need.

Sheryl Chung
With a Master's Degree in Early Childhood from Monash University, Australia, Sheryl's path to educational therapy evolved from a diverse career in trading, retail, and mass communication.
Upon transitioning into teaching with the Ministry of Education (Singapore), she found deep fulfilment working with primary school children, particularly those with learning challenges. Over a decade, Sheryl delivered the English literacy curriculum and led the Reading & Learning support program within schools.
Today, as an educational therapist, she is dedicated to fostering holistic development and empowering children to overcome learning barriers through targeted support. Sheryl has also completed specialised certifications supporting Specific Learning Disabilities in advanced literacy, English Exam Skills, and Understanding Dyscalculia.

Maitha Basilla
Maitha is a skilled educator with over a decade of teaching experience in the US, Philippines and Singapore. She started her career in inclusive classrooms and has taken on various roles, including Case Manager, Reading Intervention Teacher and Special Education Teacher. Maitha is dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs, such as Dyslexia, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities, through individualized and engaging instruction.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Special Education and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Speech Communication. A Certified Professional Teacher and TESOL certified, Maitha is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for her students.

Aisha Rasul
Aisha has a training and strong background in early childhood education and special educational needs. She has worked as a literacy intervention specialist with varied learning needs, working one-on-one and in small groups.
As an educational therapist, she is experienced in supporting early years and primary grades' students both in local and international schools and in private practice settings. Aisha's additional qualification in Counselling contributes to her forming a purposeful rapport with her students, in order to support them in their academic and holistic needs.

Vivian Loh
Vivian is a dynamic and lively therapist who integrates creative work and systematic organisation. In her sessions, Vivian's multiple-disciplinary background as language educator, bodywork therapist and writer, enables young minds to grasp issues with clarity, develop their confidence in writing, whilst encouraging incisive clarity in their thinking.
When not work-playing at MMTP, Vivian can be found scrutinising exotic produce at supermarkets to cook, combing through Little India shops for mysterious trinkets or chasing sweaty ballerina dreams (still!) in the dance studio.
